Delaware e-filing service
All domestic Delaware corporations must file an Annual Report and pay Franchise Tax, due annually on or before March 1st, with online filing mandated for corporate annual reports. Delaware LLC/LP/GP taxes are $300, due June 1st. Delaware’s official e-filing/pay-tax portal (My eCorp / ICIS eCorp) is used for Annual Reports and franchise tax. The Division also offers a Document Filing and Certificate Request submission service, which is for submission only and does not calculate fees at submission. Third-party vendors like CSC provide batch filing services and multiple payment methods. Payment options include ACH (required for transactions over $5,000), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), check, and wire. The corporate annual report filing fee is $50 (exempt domestic corporations $25), with franchise tax minimums varying ($175 for Authorized Shares, $400 for Assumed Par Value). Penalties for late corporate filings include $200 plus 1.5% interest per month on unpaid tax; similar penalties apply to LP/LLC/GP late payments. E-filing applications have daily availability windows, and the Division provides support contacts. Registered agents typically receive annual notices. Document upload service has specific availability hours, and users are advised to create a My eCorp account and disable popup blockers.
